Mindful Meditation

Details: Have fun while getting healthy. Mindful Meditation is designed to work with your body to enhance and strengthen it from the inside out. This class combines Tai Chi, Qi-Gong, and Yoga. It will get your blood flowing as well as improve your balance and flexibility. You will learn breathing techniques for added energy. The slow, easy movements may be done while sitting in a chair, however, maximum benefit will be attained in a standing position. Everyone is welcome! Cost: $10 per class or $60 for the 8-week series payable to the instructor in class.
